DESCRIPTION

ELMS^® AGRISEALÔ 1(AG1) is a natural agricultural oil based waterproofing sealant that can be used in various waterproofing applications. AGRISEALÔ (AG1) provides many outstanding benefits including: low VOC; environmentally friendly; UV resistance; stain, mildew, and mold resistance and outstanding elongation properties with low permeability.

Each application has unique requirements and as such may require a specific system configuration and application. It is recommended that you contact Green Products, LLC. for technical services to assess the proper use of any product within a roof system configuration or for roof systems approvals.

PRODUCT USES
AGRISEALÔ is recommended as a waterproofing sealant for numerous masonry and roofing applications where a single component, UV resistant, chemical resistant, and low permeability sealant can be utilized.

COVERAGE

¼” width x ¼” depth bead – 336 linear feet per gallon

½” width x ½” depth bead – 252 linear feet per gallon

¾” width x ¾” depth bead – 168 linear feet per gallon

1” width x 1” depth bead – 84 linear feet per gallon

Joint tooling will increase product usage.

COLOR
Standard colors are white, gray and tan. Custom colors are available upon request for a nominal fee.

STORAGE STABILITY
One-year minimum when stored in unopened containers at 30° - 80° F

CLEAN UP
Mineral Spirits – Rule 66 (Low Odor) Mineral Spirits is recommended.

PRIMER
None needed. Consult masonry professional for applications where three surface adhesion is not desired. Release agents may be necessary for some applications.

CURE TIMES
When applied at at conditions of 75° F (24° C) and 50% relative humidity, AGRISEALÔ will dry to the touch in 2 hours and should reach final cure in 24 - 36 hours. Product is instantly waterproof. Colder weather and/or higher humidity will retard curing whereas warmer weather and/or lower humidity will accelerate curing.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

AGRISEALÔ is supplied ready to use. Trowel or bulk grade caulk gun can be used to apply AGRISEALÔ. Though cold weather applications do not deter the usage of the AGRISEALÔ product on a properly prepared and dry surface, application lower then 32° F may deter the use of bulk grade caulk guns due to viscosity changes at lower temperatures.
